    With a combined experience of over 36 years in the business, Howard and Caroline are leaders in their field. Howard and Caroline immigrated to Canada in the 1970’s, Howard from New Zealand, and Caroline from South Africa. Since then they have both lived and worked through Calgary’s changing markets, and enjoyed extensive experience renovating homes, having bought and sold dozens of properties.    
    Howard has enjoyed success at professional levels in squash, tennis and golf.  His passion to succeed, coupled with strong business ethics and commitment to excellence have been guiding principles throughout his sports career, and he has carried these philosophies with him into Real Estate. Caroline is grounded in her faith, and actively serves in her church community.  She brings the same care and concern for people to her career providing honesty, loyalty and integrity. By putting clients’ needs first, and caring for every outcome, she provides exceptional, personalized customer service.

     Bob has a strong background in finance, with a degree in business management. Owning and operating his own renovation company coupled with a passion for architecture, structural and interior design has led to valuable knowledge of the housing industry. He has spent a lot of time travelling to various countries, expanding his imagination, and giving him a great appreciation for both land and location. Integrity and approachability are two of his strongest attributes – ones that he takes with him every day.

     Growing up in the business of new home building, has given Lindsey a lifetime look at the housing industry.  Her educational background in finance has resulted in a keen eye for the important details. With 10 years experience working in customer service and management with the City of Calgary, she is committed to providing exemplary service to each and every client she works with.  Lindsey is personable and knowledgeable, eager to help her clients find the property of their dreams.

With a background in psychology and a master’s degree in leadership and counselling, Christy keeps a keen eye on all day-to-day operations, ensuring every detail receives the attention it deserves.  She has extensive experience in program coordination and volunteer management, bringing to the team unparalleled knowledge in organization and leadership.  Christy’s comprehensive experience in dealing with customers and behaviours provides the foundation for the care and maintenance of every client.
